I know the seasons are already turning, but this is one of my favorite sides to make in the summer. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also simple and healthy. I can prepare it in less than 5 minutes then it’s done in 15! My kind of recipe 🙂
Summer Squash And Zucchini
- 3 squash
- 3 zucchini
- 1 onion
- ¼ C Water
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Chop up all of your veggies. You can chop them any size you want, just be sure they are roughly the same size.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add the onion and saute until tender and translucent. Add the remaining veggies and water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt,Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve.
