Hi everyone! As you may have noticed, I have been pretty quiet lately. As the people who follow me on Facebook already know we are going through a rough patch with our son Lance. And because of the stress we have all been sick, my health problems are flared, and I have been down on my back.
While I will still try to post recipes I will be way slowing down so I can take care of my family and my health. I hope to post maybe 2 recipes a month until things settle down.
If you want to know what we are eating I’ve still been active on Pinterest. As I see recipes (I subscribe to soooo many recipes sites!) I post them to my “More Recipes” board. If I make the recipe and we absolutely love it I move it to the “Recipes That Shine” board.
Besides the recipes you will find on my Pinterest page we’ve just been eating really simple: salads, soups, spaghetti, tacos, frozen pizzas, and some of the easier recipes from my“What’s For Dinner?” page… all gluten and dairy free of coarse.
I’ve also been relying heavily on store-bought gluten free snacks, fruit, and lots of raw veggies with my ranch dip.
Without going into detail I just thought I would let everyone know the change to my site. Thanks for understanding 🙂
