If you’ve noticed, I haven’t been online much or posting many new recipes because things have been crazy busy this summer! Summers are always busy for us, but this summer we are also in the process of trying to move so I haven’t had much time to cook or post new recipes. But knowing how busy everyone is, I thought I would just take a second to share with you a meal prep site called Once A Month Meals.
Have you heard of Once A Month Meals? If you haven’t, it’s a game changer! The idea is that you dedicate one whole day to cooking and freezing meals that will last you an entire month! And the coolest thing about it is that it’s adaptable to your individual dietary needs including Paleo, Whole30, Autoimmune Protocol, and MORE!!! I love this because the key to staying on any kind of diet is planning and they have taken all the guess work out of it!
They provide you with a shopping list, prep instructions, recipe cards, and labels for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks! There are new menus each month and you can even swap recipes with the Pro Membership! It’s $10 a month for a basic membership and $16 a month for a pro membership but it is well worth it if you are struggling to to find the time to plan and prepare your meals or just looking for some new recipes 🙂
