I haven’t done hardly any baking over the summer, but fall is in the air and I’m getting the itch to have the oven fill my house with the warm spices of fall! If you want some ideas of what to make, here are some of my favorites:
Pumpkin Muffins With “Cream Cheese” Frosting – These muffins are full of fall spices and perfect for any time of day. And if you want to make them extra special you can top them with this super awesome Paleo cream cheese frosting!
Gingerbread Bars With “Cream Cheese” Frosting– These gingerbread bars are super moist and then topped with my very favorite dairy free cream cheese frosting – a must make!
Paleo Pumpkin Pie – I make this every. single. year. It always turns out perfect. It has a flaky crust and spiced, creamy center, SO GOOD!!!
Pecan Pie– This pecan pie is always a huge hit. I have a more traditional version and a Paleo version, both are DE-licious!
Classic Apple Pie– There’s also a variation to make a Caramel Apple Pie, YUM!
Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies – I made these for the first time last year and we LOVED them. They are grain free, soft, moist, chewy, and delicious 🙂
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie – This has a secret ingredient that makes it rich and creamy. It’s perfect for a quick pumpkin pie fix when you don’t want to bake.
Paleo No-Bake Pecan Pie Bars– I’ve had a lot of people make these and tell me that they taste just like pecan pie! They are easy to make, healthy, and make a great snack!
Pumpkin Doughnuts With Maple Pecan Glaze – Need I say more?
Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake – This cashew-based cheesecake is soft, creamy, and easy to make. I top mine with caramel and coconut whipped cream to make it extra special.
Pumpkin Bread– This bread fills the whole house with the warm spices of fall! It’s super moist, not crumbly, and holds together well.
The Best Banana Bread– A friend gave me this recipe and told me that it was absolutely THE BEST banana bread recipe and I have to say that she was right! I only had to make a few very minor changes to make it Paleo but it’s still as good as the original.
Banana Nut Muffins– We love these. Every time I make them, they are gone the same day!
Dairy Free Caramel Sauce– This can be used for so many things, it’s a staple around my house.
Apple Cinnamon Muffins– Most of my recipes use honey, but these are sweetened with coconut palm sugar which really complements the cinnamon and fall spices 🙂
Cranberry Nut Bread– One of my favorite breads, I make it every year!
