Hi everyone, it’ been a long time – I’ve missed you!!!
Things have been crazy busy at our house and I don’t see them slowing down anytime soon, but I plan on sharing some more recipes soon! While I still cook a lot and we still eat gluten free and mostly Paleo, we eat a lot simpler these days. I don’t have the time to spend in the kitchen like I used to so we usually have eggs or sausage for breakfast with maybe some berries (and the kids sometimes eat GF cereal), for lunch it’s a salad, wrap, homemade lunch-able (by the way, I’m LOVING these Paleo crackers), or sometimes just a Larabar with some ham for me, and I always make dinner but it’s super simple. I rarely make dessert or snacks anymore, and when eat them we usually reach for something pre-made – which isn’t usually very healthy.
With the kids going back to school and it turning a little cooler outside it’s my hope that I can spend at least a little bit more time in the kitchen to do some baking and have some healthier snacks and desserts around for my family to eat so stay tuned for some new recipes 🙂
In the meantime, I’ve teamed up with some amazing ladies to host a Gluten Free Recipe Fix Carnival – Back to School and Fall Edition! These are the ladies I’ve teamed up with and how to follow them:
