Do you spend forever trying to plan out your meals every week? Or struggle to find the time to cook? It’s something I think every mom goes through, especially if you or someone in your family is on a special diet. That’s where Once A Month Meals comes in.
You might have you heard of it, I’ve posted about it once before but thought I would remind you because it’s a game changer and I am LOVING it! The idea is that you dedicate one whole day to cooking and freezing meals that will last you an entire month! Or if you’re like me, I don’t have an entire day to dedicate to cooking. So what I do is that when I have some time to cook, instead of making every recipe for the whole month, I make 1 doubled recipe (this is how they do all of their recipes, they double it and freeze for 2 meals) then cook one for dinner and freeze the other one using all of their instructions to save for another night. And the coolest thing about their program is that it’s adaptable to your individual dietary needs. They have meal plans that include Paleo, Whole30, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Autoimmune Protocol and more – it’s amazing!!! I love this because the key to staying on any kind of diet is planning and they have taken all the guess work out of it! Plus, in their new October 2016 menu they have included TWO of my recipes –

They provide you with a meal plan, shopping list, prep instructions, recipe cards, and freezer labels for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks! There are new menus each month (including mini menus) and you can even swap recipes!
