Hi everyone! Every Wednesday I plan out all of our meals before I get groceries, so I decided to start sharing my meal plans with you again! I don’t really know why I stopped, but since I do the work anyways I thought it was only fair to share 🙂 Before we get into the meals I want you to know that we don’t eat perfect. Not every meal is totally Paleo and I won’t have a meal planned every single night. Sometimes we go out. Sometimes we are invited to family or friends house. Sometimes we order gluten free pizza. Also, every single Wednesday we have wings. My family loves them and they are super simple to make after a day of grocery shopping. What I’m saying is that this is my actual meal plan for the week and I know other people don’t have our same schedule and can’t follow it exactly. However, it may give you some good ideas, help you in your own meal planning, or introduce some new recipes. Thursday- Maple Dijon Chicken From Wholesomelicious* With Roasted Asparagus
Friday- Paleo General Tso’s Chicken from Ancestral-Nutrition** with White Rice or Quinoa
Saturday – Dinner with my parents
Sunday- (We don’t celebrate Christmas, that’s why we aren’t having a Christmas dinner) Honey Mustard Chicken with Frozen Veggies (recipe still being perfected, not posted), but The Pioneer Woman’s Cashew Chicken** would be a good option. Just replace the soy sauce with coconut aminos, the oyster sauce with fish sauce, and the cornstarch with tapioca or arrowroot.
Monday- Paleo Shepherds Pie
Tuesday- Spaghetti Squash Carbonara (recipe still being perfected, not posted), but this Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin From Against All Grain** would be a great option!
