I’m such an airhead because last week when I posted this I was so focused on my meal plan that I flat forgot to write anything! I didn’t even notice until a few day later – oops, I hope you will forgive me!!!
This week’s meal plan is pretty simple. All the recipes are easy to make, we are going out one night, and having leftovers another. If you notice, I’ve started adding some pictures. I would like to add pictures to every recipe, but if it is not a recipe of mine I can’t use the picture without getting permission from the owner and that seems like sooo much work every week. So for now, I’ll just share pictures that are from my site. Here’s this weeks meal plan:
Thursday- Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry, doubled for lunches the next day (I never made this last week and I’m going to take much needed new pictures of this recipe!)
Friday- Zoodle “Pasta” Primavera
Saturday- We are going out
Sunday- Pizza as per usual! My recipe is finally perfected but now I’m working on making a yeast-raised version and also a nut-free version. Hopefully I can post it in the next week or two.
Tuesday- Egg Roll In A Bowl
School Lunches (Main Dish Only):
Thursday- Salad with leftover hot wings and ranch dressing
Friday-Leftover teriyaki chicken
Tuesday-Leftover shredded beef tacos
Wednesday-Lettuce Wrapped Sandwich
