Weekly Gluten Free Meal Plan 3-5-2017

Dinners:

Wednesday- Wings With Homemade Ranch and Veggies

Thursday- Shredded Beef Tacos {Crock Pot} With Cassava Flour Tortillas or Almond Flour Tortillas

Friday- Spaghetti & Meatballs – This is from last week, I never got around to making it.

Saturday- Honey Lemon Chicken With Steamed Broccoli – Use tapioca or arrowroot instead of cornstarch and coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.

Sunday- Pizza Night! I’m still working on my recipe, but in the meantime I really like THIS recipe, it’s what I’m basing my new crust off of.

Monday- Balsamic Glazed Pork Medallions With Capers and Roasted Asparagus

Tuesday- Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry with rice or quinoa (double recipe for leftovers)

 

School Lunches (Main Dish Only):

Thursday- Salad With leftover Wings and Ranch from the night before

Friday- Leftover Shredded Beef Tacos

Monday- Leftover Pizza

Tuesday- Lettuce-Wrapped Sandwiches with bacon, tomatoes, and ranch dressing – Meant to post a tutorial on how to do this last week but my pics were terrible! Hopefully I can snap some better pictures and post it soon!

Wednesday- Leftover Chicken Stir Fry

 

Snacks & Extras:

Coconut Whipped Cream With Berries

Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie – I add lots of vitamin drops and green powders to keep my family healthy and they don’t even know – he-he-he 🙂

Easy Chocolate Pudding

Raw Lemon Meltaway Balls

Dairy Free Cultured Sour Cream – for dipping and for the ranch dressing

Pancakes for Sunday morning
