Gluten Free Meal Plan 6-21-17

Things are starting to get crazy around our house this week! As some of you know, our A/C unit flooded our house last week and ruined all of our hard wood floors 🙁  So we have been super busy pulling up the old floors and trying to get new ones. I’m also going to try to get some painting done before the new floors start getting put down next week.  So if you don’t hear from me for awhile, you know why.

Since there is so much chaos at our house right now, our meals are extremely fast, easy, and simple. Here’s my plan:

Dinners:

Wednesday: Hot Wings with Chopped Veggies and Ranch Dressing

ThursdayOrange Dijon Chicken With Qinoa Pilaf

Friday– We are going out

Saturday2 Whole Roasted Chickens with Broccoli Raisin Salad– use one for salads throughout the week

SundayWedge Taco Salad – use leftover Ranch from Wednesday

MondayBeef and Broccoli with rich or quinoa

TuesdayPork Chops with Mushroom Cream Sauce and steamed veggies

 

Snacks & Extras:

Chocolate Pudding – I sometimes think that avocado puddings can have a strong taste, but for my recipe I use half avocado and half coconut cream to make it more of a creamy and smooth milk chocolate flavor.

Strawberry Salads With Poppyseed Dressing– Use leftover chicken from Saturday

Waffles on Sunday Morning
