Gluten Free Meal Plan 6-28-17

Since we are still right in the middle of laying our new floors and painting, everything this week is really simple again. Even though the recipes are simple though, they’re still some of my favorites and we have exciting things planned!

We are having my hubby’s brother and his family visit this week and I’m so excited! My mother-in-law is making shredded beef tacos on Thursday (my absolute favorite company meal) and I’m bringing the tortillas. Friday we’re going to hang out by the water all day, and Saturday I’m bringing a double batch of my ranch dressing to family pizza night along with a Fresh Strawberry Pie and Cookies– so much fun! Here’s my meal plan:

 

Dinners:

Wednesday- Hot Wings with Ranch Dip and Cut Veggies

Thursday- Shredded Beef Tacos With Cassava Flour Tortillas or Paleo Tortillas

Friday- Going Out

Saturday- My Favorite Pizza Crust Recipe – or way may just order GF Pizza with no cheese 🙂

Sunday- Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes and Apples – Recipe to come

Monday- Chicken With Bacon, Asparagus, And Squash

Tuesday- Hamburgers With Quick and Easy Paleo Buns

 

Snacks & Desserts:

Fresh Strawberry Pie- I’m going to use a gelatin egg in the crust, I’ve tried it and it works well. I sometimes have to add a few Tbsp. of water though.

Paleo & Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies– Easy and delicious!!!
