Gluten Free Meal Plan 6-14-17

After being on vacation last week, I’m still feeling a bit blah and unmotivated. So this weeks gluten free meal plan is fairly simple and healthy. The only recipe that will require any extra effort will be on Thursday because I’m making homemade tortillas but all the other recipes are 30 minutes or less of hands on cooking time – my kind of recipes! Also, I can’t wait to try the 2 new recipes from Nom Nom Paleo . Everything I’ve made from her has always been a hit, so I expect these will be delicious too 🙂

 

Dinner:

Wednesday- Hot Wings with Ranch Dressing and veggies

Thursday- Sheet Pan Fajitas With Avocado Cream from Nom Nom Paleo with Cassava Flour Tortillas or Almond Flour Tortillas

Friday- Cherry Chipotle Pork Chops with side salad

Saturday- We will be at a graduation party

Sunday- We are going out

Monday- Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Tuesday- Spicy Pork And Asparagus Stir Fry from Nom Nom Paleo

 

Snacks & Extras:

Triple Berry Crisp

5 minute no-fail mayo

Lettuce Wrapped Sandwiches

Waffles
