Gluten Free Meal Plan 7-19-17

 

This week we are celebrating the 8th anniversary of my brother and his wife, so I’m make country style ribs, coleslaw, salad, baked beans, and am either going to make a cheesecake or order fancy cupcakes to celebrate – I’m leaning towards the cupcakes 🙂 Other than that, the meals are simple with as little baking as possible since it’s so hot outside! Here’s this weeks meal plan:

 

Dinners:

Wednesday- Wings with ranch dressing and chopped veggies

Thursday- We are going out with friends

Friday- Steak Salad with Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette

Saturday- Country Style BBQ Ribs with Sweet Poppyseed Coleslaw, Salad with Ranch Dressing, Baked Beans, and  Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake (or fancy gluten free cupcakes from a local bakery)

Sunday- Tacos with either Almond Flour Tortillas or Cassava Flour Tortillas and THIS taco seasoning

Monday- General Tso’s Chicken with rice

Tuesday- Spaghetti With Tinkyada Rice Noodles for the fam and Zucchinin Noodles for me 🙂
