Gluten Free Meal Plan

 

We have been so busy this summer I feel like I’ve been in a bit of a cooking rut, but the kids go back to school next week which means we will get back on a schedule and I will have to start planning our food for real! I have an entire laundry list of back to school recipes I’m going to start working on and trying to perfect, but in the meantime this is our last week of summer and all of our meals are super fast, easy, and simple without a lot of extras ūüôā

 

Dinners:

Wednesday: Hot Wings with Ranch and Chopped Veggies

Thursday: Grilled Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Pork Chops From PaleoOMG 

Friday- Beef Stroganoff with Tinkyada Rice Noodles or Zucchini Noodles

Saturday-Grilled Chicken With Bacon, Asparagus, and Squash

Sunday- Polynesian Stir Fry

Monday- 2 Whole Roasted Chickens from Nom Nom Paleo With Side Salad (one to eat, one to put on salads for lunches)

Tuesday- Honey Mustard Chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and apples (recipe to come)

 

Sides and Extras:

We are LOVING So Delicious Dairy Free Vanilla Yogurt and Ice Cream

Mojito Smoothie – It’s almost the end of the season so I’m going to take advantage of my fresh mint while I can!

Easy Chocolate Pudding

Banana Chia Pudding – my daughter loves this!

Strawberry Chicken Salad with Poppyseed Dressing – use extra chicken from the roasted chickens on Monday
