Grilled Pork Chops With Pineapple Salsa {Gluten Free}

This is one of my favorite summertime recipes! It’ s perfect this time of year when you can find sweet, fresh produce and grill outside. However, if you don’t want to fire up the grill, you can cook them on the stove top in a greased, non-stick skillet.

They are super easy to make and great for company, I hope you enjoy them 🙂

*I use this same pineapple salsa in my fish tacos. I like to make a double batch of the salsa and use it for both this recipe and for my fish tacos as sort of a roll-over dinner 🙂

  1. Cassidy…

    I was just thinking about pineapple salsa the other day (crazy)! I love how you added it to pork and I love how it’s so chunky. That’s how I like my salsa!! What a lovely dish – bursting with flavors. 🙂

    Have a great weekend.

  2. […] Everyone seems to have their own way of making fish tacos and my recipe is no exception. I very lightly season, bread, and bake the fish, season a creamy sauce with chipotle and lime juice, and then top it with my very favorite pineapple salsa recipe! […]
