Hi everyone! I know it’s been a long time since I posted anything but things have been crazy! We moved 2 weeks ago, I started working 2 days a week, and Lance started having seizures again 🙁 We were really excited because we thought we had successfully weaned him off of his medicine but then he started having seizures just a week later – he actually had 3 in one day and it was really scary!!! But he is back on his meds and has been seizure free for almost 2 weeks now. So as you can imagine, I haven’t had time to post anything new but I plan on getting back to it when things calm down. Now, onto the Gluten Free Recipe Fix carnival!
Linda from The Gluten Free Homemaker has created a seasonal carnival called Gluten Free Recipe Fix (which will replace Gluten Free Wednesdays that I used to co-host) that myself and Shirley Braden from Gluten Free Easily and All Gluten-Free Desserts will be co-hosting this month and the theme is Back To School And Fall Foods! Linda and Shirley both are very talented food developers and bloggers, so if you would like to follow them, here is their information:
Linda – Gluten-Free Homemaker
It is my hope that this carnival helps you find some fantastic back to school and fall recipes!!!! The carnival will be open for 2 weeks so come back and add more recipes to support our theme. I can’t wait to see what is shared!
Here is my submission:
All entries must be a gluten-free recipe. If it is a recipe with gluten-free options, those options must be listed in the recipe ingredients, not simply elsewhere in the text of the post.
Entries should fit within the theme of the carnival (Back-to-School or Fall Recipes)
- Entries that do not follow the above guidelines will be deleted.
