Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan 7-5-17

This week our schedule is a little bit different because we are staying with my parents while we get the rest of our flooring done in the bedrooms after a leak caused our house to flood. I’m hoping that if I cook all the meals while we are at my parents it will lessen the blow of the 4 of us staying with them! All of the meals I have planned aren’t only delicious but they are super quick and easy as well, this is what I plan on making:



Wednesday-  Grilled Steaks seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning and  Grilled Squash

Thursday- Beef And Broccoli with Rice, Quinoa, or Cauliflower Rice (never made this from last week)

Friday- Tacos with THIS taco seasoning and Cassava Flour Tortillas or Almond Flour Tortillas

Saturday- Wings with Ranch Dressing and Veggies

Sunday- Going Out

Monday- Cashew Chicken From The Pioneer Woman with rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice

Tuesday- Shrimp Tacos With Pineapple Salsa  served with Cassava Flour Tortillas or Almond Flour Tortillas


Sides and Extras:

Coconut Whipped Cream With Berries

Mojito Smoothie

Vegan Sunbutter Blondies

SO Delicious Dairy Free Cashew Ice Cream with Homemade Chocolate Syrup

We are LOVING the SO Delicious Vanilla Yogurt, I’ve been buying it in bulk!

We also love bean chips, siete grain free tortilla chips, and Boulder potato chips to snack on
