This is my last Whole30 meal plan – I can’t believe I’ve made it this far! If you notice on this weeks meal plan I have pork carnitas again. We ended up going out on Sunday so I never made them. Then 2 days later on Saturday we are having Shredded Beef Tacos. I know I have 2 Mexican dishes super close together but we are having company Saturday and shredded beef tacos feed a lot of people and everyone always loves them, so I hope you like Mexican food!
If you’re new to my meal plans– We have wings every week. They are super easy to make after getting groceries and my family loves them. Also, this is my actual meal plan. I know you don’t have the same schedule as me so you probably can’t follow it exactly but I hope it at least helps you in your meal planning and introduces some new recipes*I have made this recipe and love it **I have never made this recipe
Thursday**- Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Carnitas –this recipe is from last week, we went out to dinner one night so I didn’t end up making it. I’m going to add some garlic, just ’cause I think garlic is good in all Mexican food! Serve with my Paleo Tortillas if you’re not doing Whole30.
Sunday**- Egg Roll In A Bowl– Replace soy sauce with coconut aminos and add some white wine vinegar
Tuesday*- Bacon Apple Smothered Chops with a side salad or frozen veggies to make things easy.
Extra Lettuce to make salads for lunch. (I still have cooked chicken from last week).
