This Ultimate Green Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day! It's chock full of nutrients and has a small amount of protein and fat to keep you full.

I know many people are transitioning into fall. This means warm spices, baking, and crockpots and a green breakfast smoothie recipe doesn't seem very fall-like.
However, with the heavier eating this time of year, now is the perfect time to start drinking this green smoothie to start your day off right!
Since I started drinking this every morning I've had more energy, my face has cleared up (well... mostly anyway!) and I feel better in the mornings now.
At first glance, this smoothie may seem unappetizing given the number of greens but I promise, this smoothie really does taste great!
It's so good my entire family has agreed to drink some every morning with breakfast - YES! Not only is it chock full of nutrients but having it blended into a creamy consistency helps your body absorb the maximum amount of nutrition.
It also contains a small amount of healthy fat and protein to help keep you full longer!

Expert Tips
- For a lower-carb/keto green smoothie, reduce or omit the fruit and add liquid vanilla stevia to taste. If you're new to green smoothies, I recommend slowly cutting out the fruit to adjust your palate first.
- Please use fresh lemon! The reconstituted stuff just isn't the same.
