Keto Drop Biscuits
Add blanched almond flour, coconut flour, and keto sweetener to a bowl or food processor.
Add sea salt, baking powder, and xanthan gum. Whisk to combine, then cut in butter or non-dairy butter.
Add apple cider vinegar, 3 eggs, and an egg white. Combine to make a thick batter.
Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of batter onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
