Keto Hamburger Buns

Step 1

Add blanched almond flour, ground flax seeds, xanthan gum, and sea salt to a large bowl.

Step 2

Add baking soda, baking powder, garlic powder, and keto sweetener to the bowl. Whisk and set aside.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk 4 eggs, apple cider vinegar, and avocado oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry.

Step 4

Mix well.

Step 5

Form batter into buns and place on lined baking sheet. Top with oil and sesame seeds. Bake until golden.

Step 6

Allow to cool. Then, cut in half with a serrated knife.

Step 7

Add fillings and serve!
