Sugar-Free  Lemon Bars

These Keto Sugar-Free Lemon Bars only require 7 ingredients, 5 simple steps, and are absolute perfection! They have a buttery shortbread crust and a thick and creamy filling with a perfect combination of sweet and tart.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan

Step 2

Melt the butter and set aside to cool. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, powdered sweetener, and melted butter.

Step 3

Whisk in the 5 eggs, egg yolk, and 1 ½ Tbsp. coconut flour. Mix well and set aside.

Step 4

Whisk together the almond flour, salt, and powdered sweetener. 

Step 5

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are starting to brown.

Step 6

As soon as the crust comes out of the oven, pour the filling into the crust.
