Process spinach, onion, & garlic.

Mix spinach mixture, beef, & spices.

Roll into meaballs and bake.

Saute veggies and spices. Add diced tomatoes and paste.

Add a bay leaf, broth, and zucchini.

Simmer. Add salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and meatballs.
