Keto Sandwich Bread

Step 1

Add blanched almond flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, and sea salt to a large bowl.

Step 2

Then, add keto sweetener and xanthan gum. Whisk to combine. 

Step 3

Beat in melted butter. In a separate bowl, separate 8 large egg whites.

Step 5

Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until still peaks form.

Step 5

Beat half of the egg white mixture into the dry ingredients.

Step 5

Fold the mixture into the remaining egg whites.

Step 6

Pour batter into a parchment lined loaf pan and bake.

Step 6

Allow to cool. Cut into slices and serve!
