Keto Vanilla Cake
“I made this last week for my brother's wedding cake. It was a massive hit. It was soooo tasty! Will definitely be making it again!"
Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Cream together butter (can use non-dairy) with erythritol-based keto sweetener. Then add in 7 eggs and 3 egg whites.
Add non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, and pure vanilla. Then, slowly beat in the dry ingredients.
Pour batter into prepared pans and bake at 350 degrees until golden.
Allow the cakes to cool, then frost as desired.
Serve and enjoy!
