Low-Carb Paleo Beef Stroganoff

Brown beef. Then add onion and butter (can use non-dairy or ghee).
Add mushrooms. Saute until tender.
Add minced garlic, beef broth, and tapioca or arrowroot mixed with water. Stir until thickened.
Add coconut cream, garlic, and yellow mustard.
Add salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
Spoon over zucchini noodles and enjoy!
