- Ground Beef - Oil of choice For the seasoning mix: - Chili powder - Paprika - Oregano - Cumin - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Sea Salt - Ground Pepper
Heat the avocado or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Drain off fat if desired.
Stir in all of the taco seasoning ingredients and the water into the beef. If desired, stir in one of the optional add-ins for added flair.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
