Dairy Free & Keto Key Lime Pie

This Dairy-Free & Keto Key Lime Pie with a simple spiced crust is a summertime dessert favorite! It's extra creamy and perfectly sweetened with the right amount of tart.

Ingredients

– Blanched Almond Flour – Ground Cinnamon – Sea Salt – Powdered Erythritol – Butter – Egg – Fresh Lime Juice – Lime Zest

The crust

Whisk together some almond flour, cinnamon, powdered sweetener, and salt in a large bowl and some melted butter.

Stir the melted butter and an egg into the dry ingredients and press into a lightly greased pie pan. Bake until starting to brown.
