Weekly Gluten Free Meal Plan 3-29-2017

Hi, and welcome to another week of meal planning! I hope everyone is having a good week so far and these meal plans are helpful. I’m trying 3 new recipes out this week that all look very easy and healthy, and the kids will be having leftovers for most of the week to make things simple. I’m planning on posting a tutorial on how I make non-messy lettuce wrapped sandwiches by the end of the week and am almost ready to share my egg free paleo pizza crust recipe with you so stay tuned!

Wednesday-* Wednesday Wing Night with Homemade Ranch and Chopped Veggies

Thursday-** Paleo Steak Salad With Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing – Use my Easy Homemade Mayo in the dressing instead of store bought

Friday-** Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken with leftover Ranch from Wednesday- You would think we would get tired of buffalo sauce and wing flavors, but we don’t!!!

Saturday-** One Pan Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp – Use Ghee instead of butter

Sunday-* Pizza again! Pizza is quickly turning into our go-to meal for Sundays. The new pizza crust I’m working on is about ready to share, I’m just going to try 2 more variations this week before I officially share it, I also have a kick-butt vegan cheese for the topping so stay tuned! In the meantime, THIS is a great crust.

Monday-** Spaghetti With Meatballs {Paleo & Nut Free}

Tuesday-** Tacos {Use Paleo Tortillas and THIS taco seasoning}


School Lunches (Main Dish Only):

Thursday- Salad With Leftover Wings and Ranch Dressing

Friday- Leftover Steak Salad

Monday- Leftover Pizza

Tuesday- Lettuce Wrapped Sandwiches – I’m planning on having my tutorial on how I do this up by Tuesday 🙂

Wednesday- Leftover Tacos


Extras and Snacks:

Cultured Dairy Free Sour Cream for dipping and to use in the ranch dressing.

Coconut Whipped Cream with Berries

Ranger Breakfast Cookies {Paleo & Nut Free}
