Mojito Smoothie

I am absolutely obsessed with this mojito smoothie! It has all the classic flavors of a mojito - mint, lime, and sugar - but healthy, filling, & alcohol free!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Baby Spinach loosely packed, stems removed
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves or to taste
  • 1/2 C Fresh Pineapple Chunks or 1 Medium-Sized Organic Apple the apple is a bit sweeter
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado peeled and pitted
  • Juice of 1 Lime or to taste (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • 3 - 5 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey or to taste
  • 1 C Filtered Water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the ingredients as needed.
