Nutritional Information is based 4 servings and uses a fuji apple and kale.
For a lower-carb/keto green smoothie, reduce or omit the fruit and add liquid vanilla stevia to taste. If you're new to green smoothies, I recommend slowly cutting out the fruit to adjust your palate first.
Please use fresh lemon! The reconstituted stuff just isn't the same.
A high-speed blender such as Blendtec or Vitamix is recommended.
Can keep covered in the refrigerator for about 2 ½ days. My family thinks the smoothie tastes even better after it's been in the fridge.
