Tear off a square piece of parchment paper and fold one corner down to the opposite corner to make a large triangle.
Then layer on some large lettuce leaves in the center and perpendicular to the fold, leaving a few inches of lettuce hanging over the fold of the parchment paper.
Add any toppings and sauce or dressings that you like. You can use the filling ingredients in the recipe card above or use your own (see notes below for more filling ideas).
Fold the lettuce leaves over the fillings the best you can, then fold the pointy bottom of the parchment up over the sandwich.
Then, starting with the end closest to you, start rolling up the lettuce wrapped sandwich as tightly as you can. Be sure to keep the bottom tucked in under the parchment.
Serve.
Notes
For the lettuce, any large leaves will work. I prefer Romain or Iceberg. Iceberg does tend to have a bit more crunch though 😉Nutrition facts are calculated using the fillings in the recipe card with mustard.Filling ideas
