Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use your fingers to break up any clumps or run it through a food processor. Transfer to an air-tight container or jar and store at room temperature.
To make a single cup of hot chocolate:
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mix (depending on the intensity you prefer) to a mug then pour ¾ Cup of hot water or non-dairy milk on the top and stir. And if you want a little something extra add a small splash of pure vanilla! And don't forget to add some whipped cream or coconut whipped cream - SO YUMMY!*Note- Many coffee mugs are larger than ¾ Cup, so you may need to measure accordingly.

If you prefer, you can replace the heavy whipping cream powder with dried milk powder. This would make each serving have 2 net carbs. Then, add a few Tablespoons of heavy whipping cream when hydrating to make it extra rich and creamy.
