Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use your fingers to break up any clumps. Transfer to an air-tight container or jar and store at room temperature.
To make a single cup of hot chocolate:
Add 2 tablespoon of the hot chocolate mix to a mug then pour ¾ Cup of hot water or non-dairy milk (recommended) on the top and stir. To make it extra rich and creamy, mix it with well shaken or stirred full-fat canned coconut milk or a combination of canned coconut milk and non-dairy milk from a carton. And if you want a little something extra add a small splash of pure vanilla! And don't forget to add some coconut whipped cream - SO YUMMY!*Note- Many coffee mugs are larger than ¾ Cup, so you may need to measure accordingly. If you prefer a more intense hot chocolate, use 2 tablespoon of mix for every ½ Cup of water or non-dairy milk.

If you're not dairy-free, feel free to replace the coconut milk powder with whole milk powder and throw in a little heavy cream!
If you omit the coconut milk powder, I recommend using well shaken or stirred full-fat canned coconut milk to hydrate the mix instead of water or other non-dairy milk. This will ensure the Keto Hot Chocolate Mix still turns out rich and creamy.
For the full-fat canned coconut milk, I recommend using Thai Kitchen, Sprouts, or Native Forest brands because other brands may leave an aftertaste. I also recommend not storing it in the fridge, otherwise, it will separate and be hard to stir. If your coconut milk has separated, you can scoop out and use half coconut cream and half non-dairy milk from a carton. The cream will make it extra thick!
