Delicious Keto Fried Shrimp With Pork Rinds

These super-crispy keto fried shrimp are coated in seasoned low-carb breadcrumbs and fried to a beautiful golden brown.

Ingredients

- Shrimp  - Crushed Pork Rinds - Blanched Almond Flour - Sea Salt - Ground Pepper

Step 1

Peel and devein the shrimp, if needed. Set them aside. Crush the pork rinds. Set the pork rinds aside in a large bowl.

Step 2

Prepare two more bowls. One with four beaten eggs and the other with blanched almond flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Using tongs or your hands, dip each shrimp in the almond flour mixture, beaten eggs, then the pork rind breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Fry the shrimp in hot avocado oil until a beautiful golden brown and set aside in a single layer on a cooling rack or paper towel-lined plate.
