Best Restaurant Style Low-Carb Keto Friendly Salsa 

It's ever-so-slightly sweet and is a classic, restaurant-style salsa. It also makes an extra large batch and includes easy, step-by-step canning instructions!

Ingredients

- Roma tomatoes - Tomato Sauce - Tomato Paste - Onions - Jalapenos - Kosher Salt or Pickling Salt - Garlic Powder

Step 1

Prepare the tomatoes, if using fresh, and chop the jalapenos and onions.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients to a very large pot. Bring to a boil. 

Step 3

Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes. Then, mash with a potato masher until you achieve your preferred consistency.
