Ingredients

– Pecan Halves – Whole Chia Seeds – Whole Flax Seeds – Non-Dairy Milk Optional Toppings: – Spices – Fruit or Berries – Nut Butter – diet-approved sweeteners

Step 1

Combine the pecan halves, chia seeds, flax seeds, and non-dairy milk in a blender and process until blended but not smooth.

Step 2

Allow to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to slightly thicken.

Step 3

Heat on the stove or in the microwave then add desired sweeteners, toppings, and spices.
