Pumpkin Bread With Almond & Coconut Flour

Ingredients

- Blanched Almond Flour - Coconut Flour - Baking Soda - Baking Powder - Sea Salt - Erythritol-Based Granulated Sweetener - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Ground Cinnamon - Pure Pumpkin

Step 1

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well. The batter will be thick, this is totally normal!

Step 4

Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 minutes, covering with foil after around 35 minutes to prevent over-browning.
