Easy Keto Chicken Lettuce Wraps 

These sugar-free lettuce wraps make a quick and delicious lunch or dinner, or serve them at a party as a keto appetizer! They're super flavorful, easy to make, and full of great texture!

Ingredients

- Hoisin Sauce - Bibb Lettuce - Carrots - Avocado Oil - Onion

Step 1

Mix together the hoisin sauce ingredients and set aside. And you don't need to heat it, just whisk all the ingredients until it's well combined!

Step 2

In a large skillet, wok, or dutch oven, saute onion and mushrooms.

Step 3

Add some garlic and cook until fragrant. Then add the ground chicken and cook until browned.

Step 4

Add shredded carrots, ginger, hoisin sauce, and water chestnuts. Cook until heated through and serve in lettuce cups.
