- Ground Beef - Heavy Cream - Egg - Pork Rinds - Onion Powder - Dried Parsley - Garlic Powder - Celery Salt - Sea Salt
Mix together all of the meatball ingredients except the beef.
Add the beef and mix by hand, being sure not to overmix! Roll into balls and bake. Set aside.
For BBQ Cranberry Sauce: Add all of the sauce ingredients to a large pot or Dutch oven and simmer.
Blend with an immersion blender or transfer to a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and serve!
