- Avocado Oil - Beef Chuck Roast - Salt - Pepper - Onion
Add oil to the pot and press the "saute" button. Once hot, add the chopped onion and saute until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Liberally salt and pepper the beef, then seer until all the sides are nicely browned.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the meat and sautéed onion and cook on high pressure for 75 minutes.
