- Whipping Cream - Milk - Powdered Monk Fruit/Allulose Sweetener - Salt - Lemon Juice
Start by adding all the ingredients except the vanilla and gelatin to a medium-sized saucepan.
Bloom the gelatin. After the ingredients are well mixed, sprinkle the gelatin over the top of the cold mixture and allow it to bloom (or soften) for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cool until firm. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized mixing bowl and do not stir. Allow to cool.
