Brownie Bites Recipe

These no-bake keto brownie bites are not only super fast and easy, but they are perfect for snacks, desserts, lunchboxes, or anytime really! Plus, they're paleo, gluten-free, and vegan!

Ingredients

- Whole Walnuts - Sea Salt - Cocoa Powder - Almond or Peanut Butter - Keto Granulated Sweetener - Coconut Flour - Filtered Water - Keto Chocolate Chips - Pure Vanilla

Step 1

Start by adding some walnuts or pecans and sea salt to the bowl of a food processor. Process until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.

Step 2

Then, add cocoa powder, sweetener, and almond or peanut butter and process until combined.

Step 3

Briefly pulse in some low-carb chocolate chips. Then, roll them into 18 bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 4

Place in the freezer for 15 minutes set up and enjoy!
