Creamy and Delicious Keto Chocolate Truffles

These Easy Keto Truffles have a creamy center and chocolate shell, are quick to make with just a few ingredients, and can be easily adapted to paleo, dairy-free, or vegan diets.

Ingredients

- Keto Chocolate Chips - Heavy Whipping Cream - Vanilla

Step 1

For the ganache center, melt 1 Cup of chocolate chips and ½ Cup of heavy whipping cream in a shallow bowl.

Step 2

Stir in 1 tsp. pure vanilla.

Step 3

Place the bowl in the freezer for around 30 minutes or in the fridge for at least an hour, or until completely cooled and solid enough to roll into balls.

Step 4

Roll into balls.
