Stir together all of the chaffle batter ingredients.
Cook in a mini waffle maker for 3 minutes. Do not open while there is a lot of steam coming from the waffle maker, as this indicates that it is not done.
Carefully remove and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes to firm up.
For hot, crispy waffles toast in a toaster just before serving.
