Delicious Low Carb & Paleo Apple Pie

This Classic Low Carb & Paleo Apple Pie features a tender, flakey crust and a sweet, perfectly seasoned apple filling. Enjoy it with vanilla ice cream, coconut whipped cream, or caramel sauce.

Ingredients

- Apples - Butter - Granulated Allulose - Molasses - Juice And Zest Of One Lemon - Ground Cinnamon - Nutmeg - Ground Cloves - Allspice

Step 1

Start by peeling, coring, and chopping 7 to 8 medium/large apples into ¼-inch slices.

Step 2

Add the butter, sweetener, molasses, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and salt. Heat over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Pour the filling evenly into the bottom crust. Then, add the top crust.
