- Pork Chops - Salt - Ground Cinnamon - Coconut Palm Sugar - Oil - Cherry or Raspberry Preserves
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with cinnamon, sweetener, and sea salt. Then, cook them on the stove until just cooked through. Be sure not to overcook them or they'll be dry.
After the pork chops are cooked, set them aside on a serving dish and cover with foil to keep warm.
For the topping, mix together orange essential oil, minced garlic, cherry or raspberry preserves, red wine vinegar, and chipotle pepper in adobe sauce.
Mix all the topping ingredients over medium-high heat in the same pan you cooked the pork chops in. Stir until bubbly and well combined.
