This Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Soup has a big burger flavor, is easy to make, and is warm and super comforting.

Ingredients

- Butter - Real Bacon Bits - Onion - Carrot - Garlic - Ground Beef - Low-Sodium Broth - Cauliflower Florets - Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Step 1

Sauté the onion, carrot, and bacon bits until the bacon is crispy and the veggies are tender.

Step 2

Add the garlic, then brown the beef.

Step 3

 Add the broth and cauliflower florets. Simmer until the cauliflower is tender.

Step 4

Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and shredded cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot!
