Place the olives, pickles, hummus, and berries in mismatched bowls and place them in a random fashion on your board.
Add your meats in a way pleasing to the eye. Be sure that they look light and airy, not compacted.
Slice the brie into small wedges, the cheddar cheese into slices, and the gouda into bite-sized squares. Add to board.
Spread the sugar-free jam over the brie, if using. Fill in the remaining space with the keto crackers, strawberries, & mixed nuts.
