Low-Carb Keto Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This low-carb keto pumpkin pie smoothie has all the warm flavors of pumpkin pie but without the work & excess carbs! It’s super easy to make, creamy, perfectly spiced, & loaded with good ingredients.

Ingredients

- Pure Pumpkin Puree - Avocado - Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk - Low-Carb Sweetener - Pure Vanilla - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Cinnamon - Ground Cloves

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Add additional non-dairy milk to thin as needed. 

Step 3

Taste and add more spices and sweetener as desired.

Step 4

Top with whipped cream or coconut whipped cream, if desired, and serve immediately.
