Quick and Easy Keto Corned Beef And Cabbage

This tasty recipe only calls for a few basic ingredients and can be on the table in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients

- Bacon Fat - Onion - Carrot - Cabbage - Water - Leftover Corned Beef or Corned Beef - Sea Salt

Step 1

Start by cutting up ½ an onion and 1 carrot. If you don't mind 2 extra carbs, you can use 3 carrots and a whole onion.

Step 2

Sauté the veggies in bacon fat over medium heat until tender.

Step 3

Once the veggies are tender, core and coarsely chop a head of cabbage. Add the cabbage to the skillet along with ⅓ Cup of water.

Step 4

While the cabbage is cooking, cut the corned beef into bite-sized squares.
